Are the seafood delivered by Fishtokri guaranteed for 100% freshness and quality?

Yes, our seafood is guaranteed for 100% freshness and superior quality. All products are purchased directly from the source and utmost precaution is taken to maintain the freshness.

The fish I ordered does not look exactly like in the photos published on the website?

Please note the size and color of the fish may or may not resemble the picture shown on the site.

What is the shelf life of your products?

All our products are to be consumed within 24 hrs.

Does Fishtokri provide home delivery all over Mumbai and New Mumbai?

No, presently our service is confined to only pin codes mentioned on our website, However, if you have an urgent and large requirement, please do give us a call on +91-9220-200-100.

Can I order by phone or Whatsapp?

Yes. We are open to receiving orders from any of the mediums listed above along with our website

Do I need to create an account first before ordering online?

No, however, we would strongly encourage creating your account on our portal to help us provide you a more personalized service. If you can spare 2 minutes to create an account you can view your past orders, present order status and much more.

Why is there a difference in the amount charged in my final invoice?

There will be a difference in the invoice amount during placing an order and the final order. Because the size of fish may vary. It could be 100/200 grams less or more according to the availability of the fish. It shall be notified to you upon order confirmation.

What are the payment options?

We accept payments only after delivery of fish. You can pay us using Credit/Debit card, Cash or Paytm. We request you to kindly check the fish before paying us.

What if some of the products that we order are out of stock?

We put in our best effort to only take orders of the products that we have or will have in stock or are available in that particular season. In the rare event that the order is out of stock, we shall inform you as soon as the same is available with us.

What happens if my delivery is late or not received?

We will try and deliver always on time, but in the case due to unavoidable circumstance, if we delay, the customer has a right to reject the consignment. In case your order is not received at the time communicated, please do let us know

Can I schedule in advance to have an order delivered?

Yes, please feel free to let us know your requirements in advance so that we may ensure that the same is met.

Does Fishtokri take bulk orders?

Yes, we can arrange special pricing and deliveries for bulk orders. Please call us on our call center number for special pricing on bulk orders.

How do I know if there are any offers, schemes or discounts going on?
